FAQs…because there’s no such thing as a ‘silly’ question.

Ready for more? Here are some questions and answers you may have regarding the reliability of both VoIP and switching over to Sonictel service.

If my Internet goes out, what happens to my service?

Since the Sonictel Cloud is always up, you will never lose a call or message. Calls can go to your mailbox, call forward to an external number, or ring your Mobile App or Computer.

If I switch to Sonictel, can I keep my current numbers?

Yes! You own your local & toll-free telephone numbers & we will port them over to our service.

Do I need desk phones or can I use my computer & mobile apps for your service?

You do not need a physical desk phone anymore if you choose. Our service will fully work with only your computer and/or mobile apps. In fact, we have some clients who primarily use their apps & computer with a headset.
